Influencer Marketing and Community Coordinator
Michael Kors are looking for a proactive, passionate, and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing & Community Assistant to support the development and delivery of their EMEA influencer strategy. The role involves campaign coordination, talent and agent management, and collaborating closely with the Global Digital Communications team in New York to ensure strong alignment between HQ and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Support the growth and management of relationships with content creators, influencers, talent agents, and creative/media agencies across Europe.
Build and maintain an up-to-date influencer and agency database that reflects the latest industry trends and brand priorities.
Coordinate product seeding, send-outs, and gifting in line with strategic brand moments and campaigns.
Assist in developing seasonal gifting and paid partnership strategies that align with marketing goals and investment priorities.
Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations—from briefing and negotiating with talent, to contracting and ensuring content is delivered and posted on schedule.
