Retoucher & Studio Coordinator

Revolution are looking for a Retoucher & Studio Coordinator to join our London team. Revolution are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,  and experience in photo editing. You should be able to manage studio operations, multitask efficiently, and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for retouching all in-house studio photography, post-production of assets for e-commerce and retail as well as assisting our photographers with studio coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Retouch all in-house studio photography, including e-commerce product, still life, functional model, and campaign imagery to a high standard, following Revolution Beauty’s retouching guidelines.

• Perform advanced post-production techniques such as colour correction, cloning, healing, compositing, masking, background replacement, shadow adjustments, and batch processing.

• Manage and deliver image cut-outs and resized assets for retail partners.

• Quality check all imagery to ensure accuracy and consistency before upload.

• Organise, name, resize, and upload assets, ensuring all files are properly managed and stored on the server.

• Maintain a consistent, on-time asset delivery process and communicate any deadline risks proactively.

• Support the Lead Producer in managing and scheduling the post-production workflow.
