Production Coordinator

Spotify Studios is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team in London. The coordinator will work directly with the studio teams’ production manager to coordinate in-studio sessions with hosts and individual show teams to coordinate in-studio sessions, run the bookings' calendar, and support the production of both audio and video podcast episodes. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle the studio calendars to facilitate a high volume of in-studio bookings

• Coordinate with podcast producers, partner managers, and production teams to ensure smooth recording sessions and studio experiences

• Procure gear and supplies for studios as needed

• Assist with the editing of audio and video podcasts, including audio mixing, audio and video editing, and implementing of basic gfx

• Provide technical support to Spotify hosts and partners, including troubleshooting studio productions, and figuring out solutions for field and remote shoots and remote shoots

• Maintain studio spaces to meet talent’s needs as well as industry standards

• Implement technical improvements as needed

• Contribute to a collaborative environment with multiple internal departments to effectively run and communicate to the right stakeholders.
