Junior Brand Marketing Manager

OFFICE is looking for a Junior Brand Marketing Manager to join their team and help deliver standout marketing campaigns for brands like adidas, Birkenstock, and Dr. Martens. This is a hands-on, creative role that sits across the marketing and wider creative team, supporting the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in shaping omni-channel brand activity—from digital campaigns to in-store events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in planning and delivering omni-channel campaigns—including digital activations, retail moments, and experiential events

  • Attend and help coordinate brand photoshoots, campaign shoots, and events as a representative of OFFICE

  • Build clear and creative campaign wrap reports for brand partners and internal stakeholders, delivering these regularly and on time

  • Write engaging copy for blogs, emails, and campaigns using insights from the e-commerce team

  • Ensure all brand communications remain consistent with OFFICE’s tone of voice and consumer focus

  • Build and maintain seasonal consumer profiles using trend research and insights to guide campaign planning

  • Track budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and raise invoices in a timely and organised way
